Solve It!
I found a website about getting along with others. It talks about many ways to handle dealing with some conflict. You have options. 1. Take a deep breath and try to calm yourself down. 2. Think before you act, is what you’re going to say affect someone else or upset him or her in some way? 3. Keep your voice low, calm and talk slowly. 4. Remove yourself from the situation, walk away, and leave the room for a minute so that way you can gain your composer. 5. There is the loud option, yelling, screaming and arguing your point of view. 6. The quiet choice, walking away or saying that it will not affect you or you think it will go away. 7. Talk about it equally, allows each person to tell how they feel and get their feelings out in the air. Both people in an argument with both feed off of what the other people are doing. It could help anyone and it depends on their situation and what has happened. Advice can always help. My advice to you is to talk about it equally so that everyone feels like they had a say in what happened or they got to be a part in it in some way. It would be better for everyone and make things a lot less complex than they need to be.

ReplyDeleteFeel free to look at sites about dealing with stress, because when we get stressed, we have a harder time getting along with others, thus affecting our co-existence.
