What is stress?
Do you find yourself worrying about tests and schoolwork, eating on the run because you can't find enough time in your schedule to sit down or even skipping a meal to make time for something else? It's normal, even one has theses problems. Tension, mental strain, or emotional stress or how we are reacting to something causes all these things to happen to you. How you act can determine the stress level that you are encountering. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness. The human body responds to several things by making your mind think that things are way worse than they are. Most people show that they are stressed by tapping their foot, moving their legs, tapping their fingers on the desk, or tap the pencil on the desk. Even though it may not be important to you it can still cause you to panic. These things are normal, don't sweat it, it happens to everyone at some point in time in their life. Relax and take things slowly, stay calm and it will all work out.
