Help is on the way!

You might wonder why I'm the one who is stressed all the time.  Some things like Advice and games might calm you down, but then again, they might not.  It all depends on how you react to the situation and what type of a person you are.  You might say what is stress or why is it effecting me more than others.  These things tell you how you will respond to different types of treatment.  On a website that was sent to me through an email, there are 4 key treatments.  Many people resist the help or think that it will be okay if they ignore it.  It will not be okay.  From experience, I have figured out that if you ignore it, it will only come to hurt you or make you explode. By this I mean if something says something to you and you take it offensively, you will yell at them or make an outburst of some type, and most likely embarrass yourself.  My advice, calmly talk to someone about it, whether it's a friend, a neighbor, someone you consider family or even someone you trust, just talk about it.  I talk to my two close friends and my neighbor whom I consider family.  He and I have grown up together and nothing is a secret between us. He's two years older than me, but it does not matter.  Believe me; it will honestly help you to talk.  If you are worried about judging or those thinking less of you don't worry about it, if they are truly your friend, they won't.
