Everyone thinks that there is a down part in life, a hole that you can't dig yourself out of. Many people fall into this hole due to stress. The thing is, you can dig yourself out, and you just have to have a little strength. Whether it's about nothing that really matters or something that's a big deal, everyone faces something close to it, so you're not alone whatsoever. The teen years often bring an increasing amount of stress as young adults learn to cope with increasing demands and pressures. Teens may have a harder time, but it can happen to anyone. I myself try my best to stay confident with a support group, some people tell me to try something I like, such as a hobby or talent, and others choose to remove themselves from them situation. After a hard day, I tried to calm myself down by using a new method, junk food. Chocolate solves all, but sometimes it makes matters worse. You can eat away your feelings or frustrations, but it only puts them aside for awhile, it doesn't solve it. It may make the problems hidden, but they will only reappear real soon. I woke up in the morning feeling the same way I had before I started eating chocolate. It made it better for the time being, but it didn't solve it. If you want to show the world that you aren't scared of stress, stand up for yourself and make the right decision.
